The new Golf Launchpad takes video game golfing to a
new level. Rather than limit you to using a joypad or
mouse, this neat gizmo allows you to play EA Sports
PGA Tour or Microsoft Links on your PS2, Mac or PC using
your own clubs. It also has a swing analyser to improve
your game.

Fairway Fun in Any
Weather - That American Express ad where you see Tiger
Woods practising his swing in the puring rain probably
doesn't reflect the real level of dedication of your
average weekend hacker. Thankfully, that's where gadgets
such as Golf Launchpad come in.
Practise your drives, pitches and putts from the comfort of your living room and forget the weather outside. This is a golf simulator like no other because it lets you use your regular clubs in the virtual world of EA Sports's Tiger Woods PGS Tour game. There's the satisfying "thwack" as you hit a thethered ball and the game translates your swing speed into play on the virtual course.
